My boyo Ember, haven't drawn him in quite a bit x) of course this is based off of a picture i found online, since i'm not comfy to draw humans on my own yet xP But i'm proud of how it turned out!

I suggest making his forehead bigger (need room for that brain), lower his eye and brow a bit more and his nostrils are ginormous. Try making them a little smaller
I find drawing bald people helps with proportions, then mark where the hairline is and go from there.
Also use yourself to help measure proportions, for example, tilting my hand to the side and keeping my fingers close together, I find I can fit all 4 fingers across my forehead, from just above my eyebrows to below my hairline. All but my thumb.
Maybe I'm just being silly, but I hope I could help! :'D

To add on, I know for some people, looking at the skeletal structure or skulls can help too. Then building up with the muscle structure and then skin.
