Flagman by Cleric
Stankhead runs home and sets up flags from every nation in his house and yard, then dress up in this (admittedly cool) costume of his (unknown) Superhero: Flagman! Then runs across the world doing what he can for everybody within that day... This annoys a few people though, as he has no idea what Flag day is about...
