I'm doing pretty good! It's been a nice week so far. I've been practicing driving with every chance I get, and I'm kinda waiting for the possibility of an opening spot for the cleaning crew at my dad's work...

Nope, I don't have my license yet, just a learner's permit. I think I'm pretty close to getting it, though! I just took two 3-hour classes last week, and along with that I have some student driving tests that they're supposed to E-mail me about... Well, my dad got a new car like... Last year? So I'll get the older one. It's kinda small, and not super fancy (Still has the windows you have to use a crank to roll down. X'D)

Hmmm, I got a couple ideas for picture or just some interesting things.
But I was thinking of drawing a picture of when the group stay at the first inn, it would be the boys room with all of them sleeping and standing in the middle would be Void...he was there since the beginning waiting and watching....

Other ideas would be Omen watching the group from a vision

It was kinda brought to my attention that, maybe I could give Catch just a bit of his old ability back, basically give him one other alternate form but I wanted to get people opinion on this if I should or not...

Yes it's not really necessary but he originally had more forms and I strip them from him to keep people happy, but at the time people didn't understand the Dreamer and their abilities

If I did give him another form, I could easily make it work because he stick to his human form because of Eira and now also his Vaseterm side

But I wanted others thought on this

I remember when he took his dragon form in the RP, way back in the beginning. I was actually sad he never used it again, I love the idea of Catch having more forms, and I love his dragon form.

I think you should give him another form, or if you decide not, we've awakened his familiars in the RP. So he could always learn to use and rely on them more too.

I think it would benefit Catch to have another form~

I got some lore for you guys to look over

(A dragon of a different color ]

Crystalgem dragons are a bit different when it comes to their elements. Unlike some of my other species of dragons were their outwards appearance reflect their elements ( red dragon means fire, blue dragon means water that kinda of thing ) the Crystalgem do not, the color of their hid or gemstones dosen't reflect the elements they use. This is why you can see a Blue dragon using fire or yellow dragon using darkness.

Note: don't mean that there isn't red dragon who uses fire or a black dragon who uses darkness because there can be those to, it just the Crystalgem elements are not based around color of hid or gemstones

[ how do you like your eggs?]

Crystalgem dragons are a high magic base species, all Crystalgem have Earth magic in them but they usually have another element.

When a Crystalgem dragon Egg is laid it is completely clear but as the baby develops its absorbing 'magic' and 'Minerals' from what surrounding the egg.

the egg will get color depending on what it takes in from the Minerals, The eggshell will eventually look like a gemstone. Whatever color the eggshell is will be the same color as the baby dragon gemstones.

The Parents of the egg will have many things that give off magic elements in their nesting chamber for their egg to absorb, The more magical elements the better because the parents won't know what the egg wants until it starts favoriting one of the magical element that in the nesting chamber. to keep the egg healthy the parents will then continue to bring that magical element for their egg to absorb.

This is how the Crystalgem dragons get their other elements and the color of their gemstones, by absorbing magic and Minerals.

A fun fact with the Crystalgem dragons magic element will be the same color as their gemstones, the color of the element not the element itself.
An example: Crimson egg absorb Minerals and magic from the land of dreams, giving him blue fire.

This little oddity makes the Crystalgem dragons use of magic a bit different then my other dragon, Unlike some of my other species were there appearance reflect what elements they have, like a blue dragon will likely have water or air magic the Crystalgem dragons do not, this is why you seen some were there colors are the opposite of their elements.

Blue fire, Pink water, green Electricity, white darkness, the Combinations go on, and on and on.

This doesn't mean that there isn't any normal element colors, there are! Red fire, blue water, green plants etc.... there are still very much seen within the Crystalgem dragons.

In my universe there a vast difference between those who use magic and those who do not, and just because something can't produce magic themselves doesn't mean they can't use elements.

Many of my non magic species have glands, Sacs, powder, membranes, lungs, horns, fur, Etc... pretty much organ stuff! That allows them to use elements.

Crystalgem dragons are a magic based species they do not have organs to produce the elements, unless you cont their gemstones but other than that they do not have natural defense system. ( like glands, Sacs, powder, membranes, lungs, horns, fur, Etc... pretty much organ stuff!)

Their Elements use is solely based on magic. Taking in magic into their gemstones and then using that to cast their spells.
Unlike some of my other species were casting spell involved ether, verbal, Writing or Items, the Crystalgem magic is used Through emotions, focus and body language.

Emotions is pretty Self explanatory, Emotions is probably one of the most go to way of using magic or power, its natural, everything has emotions but it's a double ended sword.

(Nothing say you are the chosen one like doing everything off of emotions! Because emotions are so easy to understand and control and what would make that even better? slapping super powers with them! Nothing could ever go wrong right?!... don't mind my heavy sarcasm...)

Focus is the ability to control oneself and with that controlling their magic.

It takes time and effort, but its just like learning to speak or Writing it can be done at a young age, just keep in mind just like anything some people are just going to have better focus then others.

Body language is the Final method in with the spell is cast, though a Crystalgem dragon my not have lung or Sacs to produce elements from they do four spots on the inside of their mouth ( they work Similar to their gemstones ) there two on the top jaw and two on the bottom, what the do is when the Crystalgem dragons open their mouth to use their elements these 4 spots work like a conductor Canalling the magic to one particular spot and then releasing it in a outwards direction.

Elements can be casted by other methods as well, a flick of a paw, wing or tail, pretty much wherever a gemstones is located, the flick or gesture is just basically pointing the spell in a Particular direction to go. The gemstones on the Crystalgem dragons will glow when in use the how light or dim depending on the power they are producing

[The color of blood]

What the true way to tell what Element a Individual has is by the color of their blood.

A Crystalgem dragon blood will reflect the base element Typical color. Fire is red, water is blue, ect...

In the picture you can see a Variety of color blood and in the description will be the elements that will be of that color blood.

Note: The Shade of color can vary, just like in the picture.
A Crystalgem dragon blood is also a little thicker then a human blood

In my universe I have both the Universal element table that everyone knows, fire, water, plant, electricity, wind, earth, metal, dark and light. ( on average there about 3 to 10 elements with the Universal element table )

And I have my element table, it has the base elements but there a ton more and is far, far deeper and more complex, (I have about 100 elements give or take a few, this is including what I call sister elements or sub elements)

note: I shape a lot of elements to work in my universe to do and fit in how things operate in my worlds. And I know it can be overwhelming to others, this is way I have never actually done lore on my magic because the Universal element table still fits in my universe and is a lot easier for people to understand. But Why I bring this up is the Crystalgem are capable of using elements from my element table so you will see a few names that you will not see in a Universal table.

I'll just be giving Simple descriptions of some of those elements.

Red color blood are those who Elements fall under:

Fire: the ability to Create flames that burn, Produce heat and light. The basic fire stuff.

Magma: the ability to heat earthy materials to were they become a hot liquid.

Smoke: the ability to Create smoke, the air is heated, in some cases the air can be toxic, illusions can also be made.

Thermos: the ability to Manipulate heat temperature. If in air or Influencing the temperature in something else.

Incinerate: this is the ability to Create Chemical burns, usually in the form of a liquid or mist. This is were something get so hot it melts.

Blast: the ability to Create Combustion for EXPLOSIONS

Mirage: the ability to use heat to create illusions. Making Heat waves are manipulating smoke to form images that are not really there

Fire Dancing: the ability to Hypnotize others by using fire. This is done by site, seeing the fire Dancing, feeling the Comforting warmth and listening to song of the flames.

Purification: the ability to use healing magic by control fire. This can Very to many Methods from Simple methods like cauterizing wounds, heat Therapy. to more focused and control use like Purification and renewing

Blue color blood are those who Elements fall under:

Water: a wet Liquid, its water I don't think I have to explain it.

Ice: ability to Create ice a frozen liquid.

Mud: the ability to mix Moisture with Earth, this makes mud, mud can be slimy, sticky or thither depending on the Consistency.
Some mud can be used as a healing magic, making mud rich magic or Minerals.

Slime: is a goopy sticky substance, it good for getting stuck in. Some slime can be good or bad depending on what kind of slime it is.

Reflection: the ability to use water as illusion magic.

Cleansing: the ability to use water to heal and Purify.

Translucent: the ability to become like water and be see-through.

Blood: the ability to Manipulate water in living things

Pressurize: tha ability to pressurize water, making water Into a hard suffers, a crushing force or a powerful beam.

Yellow color blood are those who Elements fall under:

lightning: tha ability to Create Electricity, this can be in lightning bolts or static.

Energy: the ability to output energy, this is given energy to others living things or none living to energize them. This can be used as a type of healing magic or a support magic, given others energy or using that energy to make energy shielding.

Plasma: the ability to Create plasma and control it Usually in a form of single bolt, beam, or continuous stream

Gold color blood are those who Elements fall under:

Metal: is the ability to Create metal and shape it.

Metal therapy: the ability to use metal to reveal pain. Usually by Copper or magnetic.

Drainage: the ability to drain magic or life from others or things.
