Wall of Fire by Cleric
To catch you up: A teacher finds Aventurine and tells it to rejoin the group.. But they find one of the kids turned into a Homunculus and was killed, they join the 2nd group to find a "breeder Homunculus" which this guy kills, (despite the teacher's warnings). It spreads spawn that infects others and the students chase them. He let's a spawn infect a civilian to kill it easy (and several people) as a sign of rebellion...
