The Panther was sleak and stealthy, his paws making no noise on the forest floor. He was behind the giant deer and knew this was the moment to spring, but the deer had stepped into the light and seemed to shimmer. The sheer beauty of it stopped the Panther. He paused, his claws digging into the dirt. Without a noise the deer turned and locked its golden eyes with the Panther's green ones. His voice thundered through the silent forest,
"Be Still, and know that I am god."
