Here's some info on him: He's a eccentric salesman who makes and sells tonics for anyone who stops by. He and his traveling shop appears in any of the different lands.

He's a bit of a mysterious figure. People have speculated that he has the ability to teleport. His age is currently unknown. No matter what he wears he always has his hat on. No one has seen him without it, not even Shay. He adopted Shay when she was little after she was found abandoned and then decided to make her his apprentice.

Fun fact: I based his personality and voice off of the character Julian Slink from Blood Drive, minus the blood and gore.
