Dean has so many insecurities. His mind practically goes at 100 mph. The thought of being a burden on James always crosses his mind, and usually one thought leads to another and it's hard to stop.

Dean: I'm more work than I should be, James! All things that should come naturally to me, doesn't! I couldn't handle touch! Getting trapped in somplace that should be no problem still sends me into a panic attack! I can't figure out what triggers my panic attacks and it frustrates me when something so small can trigger one! I don't want to be a burden for you, James. I should be able to take care of myself but I can't and I don't want you to feel like it's your job to do it.
James: Dean.. You are never a burden for me. I know that there are so many things that are hard or even impossible for you to do. I want to take care of you. I want to help you manage your daily life. And when you have a panic attack, I'll always be ready ro help you through it. I would never force you to do anything that could hurt you. I love you too much to do such a thing. And I will always tell you that I love you. I'll always show you how much I love you no matter what happens.
