A storm themed #speculumfere for the wonderful @Nappez! This is my half of an OTA all finished up and I really hope ya like your stormy boi!
Info:
-Your speculum mainly dwells near the ocean shores, within the ocean, in caves, and in places where tropical storms mostly occur.
-Can send enemies into shock, literally.
-Can produce waves of electric pulses through the ground that can heat the ground or electrocute anything standing on it within a certain range.
-can emit storm clouds from mouth that are basically thunderstorms but closer to the ground.
-Can emit short bursts of light that are extremely bright.
-Normal claws and teeth
-Horns glow and sometimes electricity can spark on them
-Unfortunately this one does not have a flame, it can spit electricity though and it can let electricity flash around its mouth as a warning
