Cataclysm has always been a unique Nightmare, he can talk with his host Dreamcatcher what is something Nightmare don't do... Most have come to not take Catty seriously not even Catch because he can't do much besides give Catch a headache but that a mistake...

Catty might be young but he still a Nightmare and has full intentions of taking over his host and killing everyone Catch loves and care for but right now he can not do that
because of Catch silver Blood.

Even though Cataclysm has not taken over Catch body, he was giving a title 'the Blood Moon Nightmare' an unusual title for a Nightmare but not one giving without meaning
