Reply (from second acc. about Discord): Discord is a platform that is commonly used by gamers, but CAN BE USED BY ANYONE.
You can download discord onto your computer or phone, and use it from there. You will have to make an account using an email, create a username, and password (and that's it!).
Once you've created your acc, you will notice that your username will have a pound (#) and a 4-digit number next to it. This is used so users don't get you confused with other ppl with the SAME username.
Examples (fake):
Rick#four-seven-three-two
Rick#eight-nine-two-one

All of them are named Rick, but they're different people.
CAUTION: Do not accept invites from everyone. Some or bots that are trying to get your information through the app. Some bots will steal your acc and lock you out. Some will go as to hack your device & steal other info like your email or saved passwords. Be careful.

Discord is held by servers (you can think of them as "chatrooms").

There are private and public servers. (Take this part w/ a grain of salt).
I ASSUME to join private servers, you need an invitation. You can pm someone and ask them for one. Two join public servers, you just join.

You can make a server of your own too! In the server, you can message/ text, call, and video call others. (I think in mobile, they give you the option to call others as if you were making a regular call so it doesn't stress your phone). Through messaging, you can share images w/ others too.

If you have no friends (;v;) and are looking for some, you can search up a server to find other ppl that share common interests w/ you.
Examples of servers may be:
"Undertale" "Overwatch" "COD" "Art" "Comic" "Cooking" ect.
