I haven't drawn Alex in a while, so here, enjoy some poses of her.
Top left is her most natural form, her phoenix form
The other two are her in her griffin form. Those spikey tufts on the sides of her head, are her ears.
Her Phoenix form doesn't have those tufts, just a normal birb head.
With a crest mohawk in both forms

I couldn't resist it, when I designed her griffin form, the patterns on her neck make her almost look like she's wearing a tie.
