This is Omen or you can call him by his real name Judas, he genetically engineered high Royal Vaseterm, made by pier blood organization to be a super weapon, really bad thing happened and Soledormir a big jerk.

Judas is seen as a bad guy in his world but he really isn't, he actually quite caring and like to make people laugh, he just forced to live a horrible life do to Soledormir
