I haven't read wings of fire in over a year, so I'd be surprised if I got the kobold's design accurate with an icewing from memory alone xD
I pretty much based the kobold's colors to be compatible with Helios', and I sure do love my blues :3.
I only created 5 dnd characters so far that don't involve a blue color scheme (now that I think about it I could've based her colors on my dice set. Maybe for another character in the future)
