all i can think about is my upcoming appointment now because im worried
im scared to admit things face to face with someone

its different here when i talk about whats wrong, its a million times less personal, typing out a message and sharing it to a random group of strangers is as impersonal as i can get, but it gives me at least some relief because at least somebody's hearing it, even if they couldn't care less about me
