(sorry bout that disappearance XD I was called away for a sec but now I have returned. And I'd think so they've seen each other around though Vyre hasn't left Vepura.)
It was a sunny and warm day in Vepura, the kind many would spend outside to enjoy. A gentle breeze, birds chirping and a few clouds scudding by in the sky above.
Claudiesa was sitting at her wooden desk with a stack of papers that were reports and other things of that like. She placed the last one on the stack of papers after signing it for approval.
She sighed. Spilling over papers and such was exhausting. Deciding she needed a break, she got up from her desk and walked out of the room, and traversing through the castle she made her way outside.
She inhaled the fresh air.
Sunlight glinted off her armor as she walked away from the castle.
Vyre was currently sitting on the edge of one of the sloping walls whose path led down to the lower parts of the Capital. He still wore his make shift clothes he got from the soldier barracks and would get some odd or disgusted glares from passerbys from his lack coverage. It was odd to him, he's known his cave for so long and yet everything in Vepura changed so much yet stayed so similar. There were more races walking amongst his fellow dragon kin and there weren't any Street brawls that ended with the loser dying instead they were sports and the loser cheered with the Victor. Currently he was deep in thought as he was kind of having a self crisis of whether he belonged here or not. Not noticing that a bird perched on his head.
Claudiesa walked a busy path to the capital, people going to and fro in either direction. Some nodded greetings as they walked by, others were so busy that they took less notice of her.
She found herself running through all the reports she did in her mind but her thoughts eventually wandered to Vyre. She couldn't help but think of him off and on since there meeting.
Some birds flew overhead as her stomach growled, which brought her mind back. Putting her hand on her belly she walked past the walls into the capital in search for a place to get something to eat.
Noticing a familiar scent walk passed him he turned to see a familiar tall figure. He smiled lightly to himself forgetting his crisis and got off the wall he was sitting on. He trailed behind her for a bit and with the two walking in the same direction and given their tall stature people stared or averted their intimidating presence. The bird atop Vyres head flew over to Claudiesas head and perched on her helmet.
Claudiesa was wondering what she should eat when something landed on her head.
"What the-?" She saw a pair of beady eyes suddenly looking at her from above.
The bird had tilted its head down to look at her as it perched atop her head.
"Where'd you come from? Go on, shoo." She gently shoo'd it away.
The bird cawed before flying off in the opposite direction of her path. As she turned to see it fly off, she was surprised to see Vyre only a few feet behind her.
"Ah, Vyre! Ava'yorn. I was just thinking of you a moment ago." She greeted him with the ancient dragon tongue word.
"Ava'yorn Claudiesa, I was going to say hello but I did not want to disturb where you were going." He quirked his head slightly.
"Thinking of me have you? I hope I was pleasant in your thoughts." He smiled lightly. (I totally forgot what I was typing earlier ahhhhhh just rip meeeeee, it'll come back eventually T^T)
(I just had a lag spike when sending it I didn't think much of it when it happened cause it still sent, then when I reloaded the page to see if you replied it was just gone <x'D )
"I was just getting some air and something to eat is all, nothing too important, besides, you're always welcome to say hello." She said reassuringly.
Claudiesa was somewhat caught off guard by the playful remark. She was used to catching others off guard just to mess with them. Reddening under her helm she composed herself and replied truthfully.
"Well, yes actually. I do enjoy our meetings,Vyre."
"Well alright I will say hello more often then when I see you." Vyre seemed a bit odd today, more chipper so to say. "So would you mind if I were to- well you see join you for this outing for food?" He was awkward to say the least, he learned something's about how to interact with others from seri but not alot.
If he had a tail it'd be swaying with joy. "Oh, thank you." He smiled lightly.
Vyre thought for a moment. "Hmm well let's see, the last meal I had was very spicy, I've noticed that Vepura hasn't lost its taste for spicy foods. So why not something like that?"
(*Loses balance and falls out of tree* "Oh-hehehe! Howdy doo peoples! Just dropping by and seeing the magic! :3 Ima be in and out watching, so act as though I'm not even here! *Sinks into the dirt mysteriously*)
She chuckled softly as she held her hand out indicating the direction to go.
"I know just the place, follow me."
The sun peeked out from behind a cloud as she weaved her way down a side street with Vyre in tow. She stopped in front of a brick building with a sign that had a green dragon painted on it, and writing saying Firebrand inn.
Vyre followed closely behind her. He couldn't help but stare at the back of her helmet. It was odd for him to take an interest but who could blame him. Claudiesa was taller than most, she stood her ground, could back her bark with a bite, and she was quite mysterious. Not to mention she was one of the few who could stand his dragon esque aura unlike other dragon kin.
"Firebrand Inn hm?" He looked at the sign and had a perplexed expression, if anything he was confused why they'd depict a firebrand with a dragon for not all dragons could breath fire, but he didn't say anything about it for he might also be thinking to hard about the sign. "So Miss Claudiesa, I heard from Seri that you've been receiving flowers as of late."
Claudiesa was going to step inside the inn but stopped and turned to face Vyre.
"Heh, you don't have to be so formal. And yes, I've been receiving flowers lately, left on my desk in fact. Been getting one everyday just about. I'm not sure who's leaving them, or what I did to get such attention."
She scratched the back of her head kind of embarrassed and flattered at the same time.
Vyre smiled a bit "Well you're very interesting, I can see why others would be drawn to you; yes you do hide your face at all times but looks don't matter it's about the aura and you have a beautiful one." He then chuckled slightly "Who knows you may have earned yourself a secret admirer from it." He walked inside the Inn and held the door open for her.
She choked out a small puff of flames, for her face reddened again under her helm. She wasn't sure why but when Vyre says it she feels more embarrassed than if anyone else had said such. As he walked by her to hold the door she felt his aura slightly. She shook her head to clear it but couldn't help feeling a little twiterpated overall.
"I guess you're right. It's a new experience for me is all." She smiled lightly and stepped insider the inn.
The inn was dim, lanterns hanging from wall brackets and chains, casting an amber glow which gave it a warm ambiance.
Claudiesa gazed around the room briefly before finally pointing to a table in a corner alcove with a lantern hanging on a chain above the table.
"There looks like a good spot."
As she traversed around tables and chairs, the scent of grilled meat mixed with fragrant spices wafted throughout the inn. A wonderful smell that would make anyone hungry.
Vyre followed behind Claudiesa to the table in the corner. "Milady," he pulled out her chair before taking his own seat.
The scents were certainly overwhelming for him as his stomach growled slightly. " This place does smell quite nice I can only imagine the different foods they have in-store."
Claudiesa took a seat, nodding her thanks as she settled in. She leaned forward slightly, elbows resting on the table and her fingers laced together.
She analyzed Vyre briefly as he pulled his chair out to sit. He always seems happy whenever she encounters him almost like he's knows something no one else knows. She also took note that he still wore the same clothes from their first meeting. Then her gaze went to his mask, hiding half of his face. She wondered what his eyes looked like but wasn't gonna ask in such a public place. The longer his true identity remained a secret the safer he is. Her thoughts were interrupted and faded to the back of her mind when Vyre spoke. She smiled.
"This place has plenty. A rice dish with peppers, zesty soups and stews and grilled meat to name a few off their menu." Her stomach growled as if on cue to her listing food.
Thankfully a server spotted them and began to weave around tables and chairs, wearing a simple white apron with a small notepad in hand.
Re- I might be able to roleplay this wednesday at 8PM EST! :D Although, my schedule is kinda in flux, as I am trying to get all of the story relevant roleplays underway in a timely manner for later events and stuff. So I might have to re-schedule you depending on how stuff goes. Sorry for the inconvenience :-;

She looked back at Vyre.
"I haven't decided what to eat yet. What do you feel like eating?"
