That wasn't your fault. It's unfair for people to assume it was your fault. What could you have possibly done to cause this?! Don't tell yourself that you caused it, either. You'll just end up lying to yourself.

It can't be your fault, even if there were some hints, It isn't possible for you to have known they would do this unless they were really showing signs, and by that point you would have noticed. If you knew, i'm sure you would've done everything in your power to prevent it. You can't blame yourself for not knowing.

Nothing is ever your fault. You're never at fault for anything. It's never the right thing to assume it's your fault when you did nothing wrong. You're innocent, as far as I'm concerned.
