Trying out a dynamic pose yeeesh it's hard with this tiny screen ripppp
Rainer is a halfbreed, most likely half human, though the other half is unknown.
Rainer betrayed his country and joined in on the revolt during the war. Later after the war he disappeared within government bureaucracy. There is no record of his accomplishments and it's rumored that he's part of the intelligence agency.
Others believe that he was shortly executed after the war by the newly established government.
He's also had past partnerships with Riptide.
