Rorolina Frixell from the Atelier series of games.
(Haven't played any of them myself but I do like the character's designs.)

I didn't think it would take me so long to make this but I underestimated how detailed her outfit is! Also, I was trying out new styles of lighting to help improve my art going forward. Not a bad attempt but could still use some adjusting I think.
