Abusing the report system isn't gonna solve the problem of tracers. What is your stance on people who use a photo reference anyway?

Thanks for posting this!... But if you're not drawing here, what's bringing you back? I mean, I'm using a art-tablet too, but I'm using it in conjuction with this.

I agree about the tracers, they just sit there getting likes for something that was never theirs ><

Might I ask if your reporting was successful? And if and when it had worked? Here's another thing about copyright. If you use any asset of a company. Whether it be original or not. Take Mario for example. But "everyone"(<*Example*) on here appears that they made it everywhere on this site. And yes I get the site is licensed by Nintendo. But I don't even know if it still applies or not. Because they are very serious about their company's asset. They would essentially hire someone to report any information regarding Mario or like minded assets. Basicly any content from a company would be reported by an admin. Now in your case. It has to be done by a direct message. It would be indecent otherwise.

If Nintendo doesn't care. Then they will simply leave it alone. That is with the assumption that there is somekind of gain financially.

If a company comes around or even cares about their products being used and abused. In this case it would be silly to attack Colors!. Primarily because Colors! is a small site with a fairly small base of people. But there still is that added risk. But my general observation tells me that it really never happened.

How the system can be abused: The general assumption goes that if you didn't have a copyright. Or are reporting every traced or presumed traced. The admin will simply leave the stolen content alone. Generally when you take into consideration that you must have a validated reason as to why you report the content. Or you can abuse it by simply spam report. This case is not approvable.

Which brings into question. Where you successful on the first try?

I have another question to add. How many people have stolen your art work?

You do make great art. And i'm just trying to see how you are defending it legally.

I think it's only 1 or 2 requests for me, and I can see those outside of colors if you decide to finish them, if not that's fine too. ^^
