This monster was born to kill, but... upon being genetically engineered upon: he escaped the lab and continued fighting battles that killed him, but he would reform back from his DNA samples he took. Essentially "leveling up" until he learned from #Ultraman that there's a real challenge in fighting Crescent...
This is the last villain from my Superhero comic, I'll do for a while... And he looks funny if you remove a layer
