Levi is a young, very timid, royal. He's in his first 100 years and still considered a "colt"
He doesn't have a clan or anyone really. He isn't quite a Lost Child, he just goes through life generally lost.
He currently is in the Land of Dreams. Lost as always.
He'd also sooner flee than fight.
