Though I don't think yall should rip on Trav too hard yknow. He lives in the shadow of his father and is always trying to find ways to make himself look good. His reasons for not liking Harper don't go unwarrented, considering the family's sketchy (Jim cough) past and her strange behavior. :O
Sure he's elitist, condescending , and overall has a twisted sense of morality. I'm not defending his behavior, I just offering his perspective and laying out the fact that he is still a human at heart.
That being said yea he's a total d-bag, and is kind of spoiled. He's the popular hot kid, but one of the only reasons for that is because he's the son of the sheriff. Like I said he does things just to get approval, instead of thinking what's best for others or even himself really. Prideful boyo

Basically what I'm saying is yea he's a bully who thinks he's better and more important than everyone else, but the actions that drive that are done under a bit of insecurity and fear. whoop a dooop
