phase one: if he does his tornado move, run away to avoid it. When he does the energy attack from his cannon, reflect it back using your shield. It'll do a lot of damage to him. But if you do it wrong, your shield could break. Another risky but good move it going under him and hitting him with your weapon.
Phase two: He'll summon objects that you can hit with arrow. He'll also summon more than one tornadoes. Try to dodge his charge attack, when he comes at you from the sky. The best option is to use any elemental or bomb arrows and aim for his eye. You can also parry his guardian laser and than use the master sword (if you have it) to take it down quickly.
I had played this game over 3 hundred hours. Maybe close to 4 hundred. Took me over one hundred to actually go to a divine beast. I fool around a lot, because I wasn't a fan of princess Zelda. I would have been her worst enemy in the game, I disliked her that much. And the other reason why it takes me long, I like to play things safe and slow.
The sky beast was my second one. So it's been awhile since then. But I remember using those air thing that you can use to use your paraglider on, for something. Maybe it was to avoid those tornadoes and help aim at his eye with the bow. because when you are in mid air you can draw your bow and slow down time for as long as you have stamina.
If 4 fairies aren't enough, I know a way to get more fairies, if you like to hear about it.

re: Hi, that sounds impressive and hard to do.
Do you know how many times you have died in the game? My number is about 25 or less. That is how cautious I am, playing it.
