I don't like when people trace, but when they admit they traced in their descriptions, I have some respect. It just sucks that their 'work' gets so much attention.

I'm okay if someone drew something IRL and traced it because they were too lazy to draw it again (I did this once), but just copying someone else's work is rude and talentless! This is a true poem, though you spelled 'totally' wrong.

And no offence, but maybe the reason non-tracers don't get very many likes is because thier art isn't the best.

I've only traced one thing- a QR code. I will cite that I could never draw a QR code without tracing it. All my other paintings are original, so that means (hopefully) that the rest of the Colors! users who know I exist won't hate me. Besides, it's art theft we should be worried about, not tracing! Copying art without giving credit is just like plaigiarism. Plaigiarism (and you all know this) is illegal. So no art theft. Collecting Smiles wouldn't have put the reference image thing in there if tracing was so bad!

I don't think tracing is bad...
But i do have a few problems with this painting.One, calling general artist rubbish doesn't seem right. Two, not ALL traced paintings come from the internet. Third...the "internets never-ending goodness" *snicker* ...yeah... Also why did you use a reference if you are so against tracing Im just saying...This is just my opinion! GOOD DAY!!!
