Seaside by SilverSpirits

Rea and what is left of her pack, two small Beta's named Rikki (Blue Male on her back) and Mimi (Light blue/white Female)
-
Packs are usually made of the same element Niironox (For Rea, it was all water variants)

But some can be mixed and not all have an Alpha.

But overtime, one or two Niironox would have the instinct/desire to lead. Niironox instinctively will look to someone strong to follow. Or in some cases, lead.

I'm curious though about how the ranks work, more specifically, their horns and sizes. How exactly does it work? Let's say there's a pack without an Alpha currently, but a Warrior starts to pick up a leadership role in the group, would that Niironox eventually become an Alpha, and his/her horns change? And when it comes to sizes, why is there such a vast difference in the sizes of the different ranks? I'd think it would just hinder a pack if there was one giant Niironox and several smaller ones, but I don't know if you might have a reason for it or not

Re: Oooooh thanks! Yeah, that helped answer my questions, I really enjoyed reading it all X3 And after you brought that up, I can see now how the Betas are useful, that's actually pretty smart to think of it that way!

The only thing I'm really curious about at the moment now is Warriors, you did a lot of explaining there about Betas and Alphas, but how does the Warrior rank function? Compared to what you told me. Are they more combat-based?
