An angered citizen who disagreed with the nation's involvment with outsiders (due to seeing prejudice out there...) and filed a complaint, but, after the government's calm rejection: the guy takes Necromancy and Blackmagic then evolved into a vile serial-killer! #Jaguar has trouble dealing with the undead AND this magical murderer!
I know: he's only wearing a leaf-skirt and the pose's strange. No more last-second designs!!
