The OCs/Comic's a spin-off from one I'm doing on #Comicfury, where humans evolved to have powers-which can be either useless or dangerous. In the decline-age, many humans have little to no powers and the few that do, subjugate the "weak". Even fewer people become heroes to stop those vile people, until Earth can near peace once again.

And yes, his running pose's strange: it looked so cool in my head...
