His form is based off the mythical satyr.
He is the only Guardian with hooves

Note: Guardians are no longer blood thirsty, instead, they have ravenous appetites and will eat anything that moves (When they're hungry)
The darker their eyes get, the hungrier they become
(Pitch black eyes = Run like hell)

Tobias is the heaviest and slowest of the Guardians. But he is also the most physically powerful of all of them.
And the second most dangerous, if he wanted to be.

Tobias, in this form, is pretty much a living tank. Not much can stop him. He is capable of kicking hard enough to shatter another Guardians bones like toothpicks.
Luckily he is the slowest and other Guardians aren't (usually) stupid enough to get that close to him (When he's mad). He's also very slow, so plenty of time to dodge him.

If he's so slow, then what threat is he really?
That's where his abilities come in play. He's known as "The One for the Earth" for a reason.
He can manipulate the ground to swallow someone fully, up to their chin/belly/ankle, whatever he wants. Or he could just trip them (It's Tobias, he's likely to do the last one and laugh hard)
He can also turn the ground into a death trap, raising up deadly spikes and impaling them through things or others...
He's likely to be felt approaching, before he's seen. Weighing so much, he shakes the ground like an earthquake with each step.
His body is covered in obsidian, it has some cracks in it, so he can bend and move his limbs properly and freely. His quills are fused into his flesh in this form. He can't detach them.
He counters Decay (One for the Death) and Slate (One for the Fire)
He is countered by One for the Water
He in neutral against One for the Life and One for the Skies.
