no not because I think it's bad (though I do wish the results ended up a little different and ofc there are mistakes) , I'm just sick of looking at it mostly.
Anyway salt aside
I just remember something very interesting about heterochromic eyes.
I forgot exactly what kind of mythology, might be eastern. But it was believed that animals and people with that trait were able to see heaven and earth. Or was it heaven and hell?

I find it kind of cool, that particular piece of mythology might relate to Harper at some point. :P
She was more of meant to be just a normal character though (aside from the eyes), but with her interest in the unknown something might happen. owo
Though she's a nervous shy nerd so hm *thinking emoji*
I also like to say that Harper takes a more sort of agnostic approach when it comes to magic, she doesn't believe nor disbelieve but is rather suspicious and curious, which someday is gonna get her in trouble. :))))
Edit: Ooooooo so the superstitions around Heterochromic eyes comes from Native American Mythos and they were called ghost eyes. x)
in another one European I think it was sometimes even believed that the kid swapped eyes with a witch.

This looks amazing!! I feel like my new guy (most recent drawing) is someone Harper would want to literally study xD Since he has the power of the Aztecs and the Cosmos she would like strap him to a table and be like,
"yo! Stop squirming!! I need to figure out where you get your power from!!" lol I love this scene though! The colors are so pretty and that poor fish!!

Yesss you finished!! Oh man, it looks great! It gives off that feeling of studying outside after having an adventire when you were a kid (thats- oddly specefic lol, just what came to mind)

re- Man, there's nothing like adventure as a kid haha
I remember when I was younger, my mom and I would go on nature walks in like, parks and forests and stuff, and we'd always bring something back with us. In the end we had like a huge pile of random pebbles, flowers, and twigs xD
And yess! They deserve that freedom and adventure :0

I'm low-key terrified of all bugs (including butterflies, rip), so I never tried to catch them, but I love frogs! A few months ago one randomly showed up on our kitchen floor and my family and I all freaked out at how cute it wasss
