Phew... took a while to finish this but man I'm super happy with how it turned out x3
This is my Exsecratura I got from @WxDragonGirlxB, if you havent seen her art you must go check her out! Her species and art are all very interesting and unique along with her style.
Anyways, as always, here's his info.
Name: Tourmal (Named after the gemstone; Tourmaline)
Gender: Male
Species: #Exsecratura
Bio: Tourmal was originally a police officer in his city, he had been assigned a particular case of hunting down a hidden underground group of devious criminals which called themselves the Dirikens. Since he... usually worked alone, he quickly got to work and began searching the sewer systems to start, even though the department warned him he should have at least one other officer since there were reports of officers disappearing whenever they came even a little close to finding the Dirikens. It took him quite a while but eventually he spotted someone rather suspicious carving an unusual mark just above one of the walkways and then setting up a device that clearly was some sort of alarm or sensor. Once the criminal was out of sight, he made his way over to the device to disable it.

Unbeknownst to him, someone was approaching as he began fiddling with it's wires. When her shadow cast onto the wall in front of him he quickly went for his gun yet... it wasn't there. The unusual hag came closer, she had ragged robes and a hood but they were covered in unusual markings made of a shiny velvety fabric. Once more visible, he saw that she had his gun... pointing it at him. He quickly stepped back and put his hands up. completely confused of how she had acquired it. "Another officer... another missing person." She taunted.
"You... you have my gun- h-how..." He said in shock, not knowing how else to respond to this mysterious woman.
The old hag dropped the gun into the water and the sewers swept it away. "You could say... magic. Though I doubt you'd believe me."
The officer looked to her like she was crazy. "We'll hunt you down and find you eventually. Even if that means my life being taken in the process. I went into this case ready to either die or arrest you horrid Dirikens." He said strongly, trying to hide his fear and worry.
"Not gonna happen. And that will be because of you." She grinned, her yellowed and rotten teeth showing. She raised her hand and suddenly... a wall emerged behind him, cornering him. Before he could react, a glowing ball of purple energy appeared in her withering hands and she cast a spell out at him, causing him to fall into a deep sleep. "Prepare him. I think we finally found the one we needed." She spoke to two men who were standing behind her in the shadows.
After a while of walking, they had carried him into their hidden hideout, it wasn't even hidden by normal means... but by magic. They set him on a table and the witch began to form a spell in her hands. "Wake him up, I'm certain this one wont die from a heart attack. And if this goes well, we will easily be able to be in and out from any facility."
The men quickly poured some sewer water onto his face and he quickly woke up, spitting it out and wiping it off his face. Then they forced his arms down and strapped him to the table. "Good luck trying to get out of this, the pain you'll soon endure will be too much for you to even move." Suddenly she forced the energy in her hands out into him and he began screaming in agony. The men quickly set a gem made of Tourmaline onto his forehead and it was immediately forced into his skin. It began glowing and soon he began turning into a more wispy version of himself, his shape changing rapidly as he became more animal-like. "It's working!" The hag exclaimed in excitement.
Soon the officer was a complete Exsecratura and he was no longer able to speak... The men quickly put a special muzzle and collar on him and chained him up like a dog... "Well done men."
(and that's it, sorry it took so long, i sort of began staring off into space xDDD)
