Niironox have the ability to wear clothing in both forms, though something like pants is hard in the humanoid form, because of how their legs are shaped.

*Note: They have to pluck out their quills to wear clothing comfortably and to blend in properly as human - Quills take a full 24 hrs to regrow*

Shifting to a human form, for a Niironox isn't easy, it's rather painful actually.

Shifting to a human form and back to humanoid, the Niironox's legs will break and start to correct themselves into the desired shape/anatomy. It doesn't take more than a minute, but it's one painful one at that.

Niironox get taller when they turn to a human form, their legs are more stretched out, instead of bent.

Tobias goes from 5'6 to 5'11

Their tails and horns atcually fall off when they shift to a human form and take three days to regrow. (It's painless when the horns fall off and the tail, it just feels odd and unnatural to a Niironox, but still, it's painless)

In that time, Niironox are vulnerable, because they use their tails for balance. Without it, they struggle to even walk, nevermind run.

Usually a Niironox will hide somewhere dark and very, very, secluded until the three days are up and they're back to normal.

Needless to say, not many Niironox like or will risk using a human form.

It's up to you how tall they get when they shift. But usually it's only 2-4 inches.
