folks often draw horses with only one sort of profile (i often draw concave faces and gave many of my chars sorta concave faces because it's my favorite to look at and works best for my "human eyed" style)
i try to draw my chars with differences in their faces but it's hard to make the differences particularly noticeable. it was more noticeable back when my style was less realistic.
