and ah
sounds like it's time to analyze and see if there's anything noticeably different with your process for coming up with stuff for lady chars, if there is then maybe you can try applying it to guy chars.
and look at some guy character designs /and/ real life uniforms & whatnot :p that can help spur some ideas and junk.
