A Tipp is a creature on an online text RPG. The fleshy bubbles when deflated are about one centimeter squared and when fully inflated they can grow to twenty centimeter squared. They reason why the have these bubbles is unknown, possibly just because they needed more space for air due to the fact their lungs were tiny. However, their warm bodies heat the air in the bubbles and they rise to the surface and continue to slowly rise. Upside down however, as these bubbles are on their tentacles. Atte
