The Keeper by Crowley the Dragon
No he's not a plague doctor or the Grim Reaper.
The Keeper is a cryptic figure known for collecting dead animals from the countryside around his home and resurrecting them with magic. Despite being human (surprisingly) he's almost never seen without his bird-like mask, gloves and long cloak.
(Draco-Felis made his design for me, I just edited it.)
