here's some real info:
Dakota is quirky, quick witted, and is of course a bit of delingquent.
Elvira typically live in a city far above the advancment of our own. Despite that the architecture is quite like that of ancient Greece.
Dakota lives there but was recently sent out on a mission to retrieve some lost texts that had been stolen ages ago. Last known where abouts of the texts is said to be somewhere within the northern mountain range.
In the society of Elvira she is rather high esteemed, and as such she prides herself on that. Even viewing other Elvira as 'inferior' to herself
She's not really strong in magic, though her knowledge within in the field is rather wide. This allows her to have more verity, instead of excelling at one particular kind of magic
