Icey boi for the wonderful @Spectral-Ashwood! Doing a couple of variants of my species for friends and mutuals if anyone is interested. Hope you like them and feel free to change markings and such or add some if you like and consult me about anything you want to know about him!
Fun Facts:
-Horns can freeze into ice when as a way to show aggression when in “feral mode” (will explain when I upload their species guide)
-Can freeze ground around him with feet in “feral mode”
-Can ooze icey liquid from mouth that can solidify into extremely strong ice
-can shoot concentrated blasts of icey breath
-Retractable talons
-The ice on his tail in unbreakable
