Alrighty here are some design notes
-Stumpy bill
-big round pupils
-somewhat chubby short body
-wings (don dip in ranch tho pls)
Same rules apply to how I normally do adopts.
to enter all ya gotta do is comment 'I want thaaaaaaat'
not required but it might make you look more organized and thought out.
-give a name
-is a boi? is a gurl?
-give a quick info
-age? (I haven't figured out the jist of that yet tho so meh)
-you can doodle it if you want, tho it won't effect if you get it or not.
-the design may be tweaked to your liking, just no heavy changes

brain less dead sooo i'm gonna add,
not sure if it's really in the realm of elvira but he has a bit of earth magic. he lives in the waleryn moors and is basically the leos' worst enemy. he takes advantage of people who get lost and promises them water so long as they can give him any of their possessions, and if they look capable, to help get rid of the leos. he likes to pretend he can pull a bunch of water from the ground (just to help tie in the blue spots) and creates illusions of such to tempt wanderers even further. in truth, he's not totally lying, but the water he does bring up is more for himself. sometimes he'll try to get wanderers to sleepwalk towards the leos if they fall asleep during the day.

Name: Knyre (the "K" is silent)
Gender: Female
Bio: A dragon of the Delz plains who will only listen to her master. She is part of a royal guard (it's kinda like the air force but with dragons) and most creatures try and stay out of her way. She loves gorging down any food she can get her hands on, and she'll love you forever if you give her a gourmet meal. She is sassy and doesn't like being told what to do, but if prompted she will obey. She is the size of a regular dragon (so pretty huge), maybe even a little bigger.
Age: I think that most dragons live at most about 600 years, so she might be around 450. Aging but not an old granny.
