Ooooh those are good!! I definitely see the improvement! :D
For the front face (seriously, I 100 percent understand the struggle x'D), start with two circles for the eyes, placing them where you innately feel they would go. Then add on the nose and lips in whichever order you're more comfortable. I find positioning the eyes fit helps you to work out facial structure from there.
You're doing awesome so far! Keep practicing!

Oh and as for detailing the front eyes, I tend to do one small detail at a time and then mirror it with the other eye, so that I don't draw one eye perfect then struggle with the other one. xD
As for the nose ring - ditch opinion and just go for it!! XD

Oh wow! This is some massive improvement! I personally don't like nose rings, but if you want it, go for it. Her jewelry would have to be enchanted though, so when she shifts, she doesn't hurt herself.
I love the angles and her hairstyle

Her eyes should also be yellow-gold like her true form. Though she could wear contacts I guess, but she'd have to remember to take them out before shiffting
