This form is designed for speed and quick kills. She can tear through the skies at blinding speeds, but is slow to get off the ground.
The body of this form, she often coats in her dark ice. As you see on her wings, shoulders, legs, back and tail.

Her wings do have claws, but in this form, she walks on her knuckles. (You can see the claws folded in the ref - on the inside view of her wing)
The edges and spikes on her body are razor sharp, she can make quick and clean kills as she flies by.
She usually relies on her water element in this form. As her black ice is a dead giveaway (not that she cares a whole lot)
She has the same chain earrings in all her forms.
This is Lamia with her Nightmare appearance suppressed...
