Raslow for Snarky by Tigris713
So for Raslowe (who is a neopet) I decided to start with a mlp seapony and hippogriff since i feel more competent in mlp's style than neopets'. From there, I turned it into more neopet-like proportions. I also took inspiration from how mlp does the form changes from mane to fins.
Since Raslowe is a blue uni who can turn maraquan and back, I thought he might have elements of both paint colors in both forms.
So yeah, hope you like it Snarky!

And OH MY GOODNESS, this is amazing!! I love the transition between the stormy sky and the cresting wave, and it's esp. fitting since Raslowe has some power over weather and likes to make storms :D i had actually not yet designed Raslowe's regular form, and only envisioned it as a nornal blue Uni until I could get around to drawing him. I really like how you gave him his stripes and golden horn, it makes sense that both forms would have similar attributes!! I feel inspired to draw Raslowe myself, now ^^
