Askar (& important update!) by -Vivie-

Hey guys! Sorry for inactivity.
Let me explain-

I've been playing this game called goatlings lately. I started getting comms for items and, since I want the comms to be in a decent quality, I've been drawing on my tablet a lot lately.
I feel a lot more comfortable drawing with my tablet now and I feel like Im starting to improve, which is something, until recently, I dont feel I've been doing much.
But I have some characters on colors that I really dont want to part with, and more importantly I've met a lot of awesome artists and I still want to be a part of this community. So am I leaving? No. Will I be slightly less active? Yes.
I'm still going to be posting sketches and species characters and stuff here, but if you want to see some of my tablet art, check out my DA at @shimmeringlightz
Again, I'm not leaving! I'll still post here frequently, just a little less frequently than normal.
That's all! I'm also going to add the story for #AskarSL below-

I got this beautiful dragon from @FadingGlory, an incredible artist! His name is prince Askar.
He was a very kind prince that cared most of all for his kingdom, but he was envious of the surronding kingdoms' wealth- So, one day he made the mistake of boasting about how "rich and powerful" his kingdom was. The other kingdoms saw this as a challenge, so they all teamed up to destroy Askar's home. Askar, knowing he had absolutely no way of defeating all the other kingdoms, consulted a powerful being known as the "Whisper Wolf"-

- for power. She continuously denied his begging, until finally the prince threatened her. Reluctantly, the white wolf warned him that the power would have a great cost, but she was willing to give it to him. Askar eagerly agreed, and upon recieving the power, asked how much he would need to pay- but the wolf was gone. When the battles came, Askar easily wiped out the enemy armies- but he didn't stop, he couldn't, and he ended up wiping out half of his own army as well. The grief of losing so many of his people drove him insane, and he soon became a vindictive king that's thirst for power is never quenched.

Re: There are always ways to simplify them so they're quicker to draw, plus I can make an extension if you need it! Enter if you're up for it! ^^
