Opening the mindscape by Alkaline
So the last picture I drew of the book.
It was looking like too much of something else
it's supposed to be a old research journel but I'm having trouble designing it :P
It's probably super obvious as to who knows/ currently in possesion of the book.

Oh I need to design several more random history books as well rip.
(on the left is the book cover, the right is a possible page sketch
I'm going for a celtic-irish art style. :P )

I'm probably going to go through several cover designs before I find something I like

the Journel also shouldn't look to terribly suspicious so maybe I should keep the cover blank?

Ooooh I like it
I think there's still a way to make it look nice without it being suspicious
The colors for instance are very bright and alarming, so neautralizing them or replacing the with natural colors will give a much more peaceful look.
Also anything having to do with Ev and Noth will automatically be suspicious e-e

Oh man, that page sketch is awesome
As for keeping the book looking non-suspicious, maybe have it like, leather-wrapped so it looks normal, but underneath the leather wrapping it is like some super cool suspicious-y design?? I dunno rip

heck maybe its cover could be scratched/torn off by whomever however long ago to make it less conspicuous or something?
or, since youre going for a celtic/irish style/motif maybe look up some old books and see if those offer inspiration (if you havent already done that, that is!)

Hmm that's a cool concept! I like the idea of the mysterious journal. The bright colors make it seem really important and that captures the attention of adventure seekers beautiful work!!
