Also tbh I like Kj's design for her kitsune, very simple yet attractive.

I've keep trying to draw the snake koi dragon you gave me, but he's so hard xP

I liked Kj's for the same reason as Alkaline did

I also use the rough brush all the time, I figured out a while ago it works so good for grass and rough textures.

I've been good. Procrastinating like there's no tomorrow and really should study for exams but I'm struggling to find the motivation to do so xD I'm planning a taking a picture of a Toucanet and either using colored pencils or painting it. Re: Yeah, I've got a friend that's into animation and another that is into comics. In into photorealism (although I need a reference to make it look the least bit hyper realistic. It's why I'm afraid to post them with fear of being considered a thief or something) it's good you're making it a major. I'd love to see what you got going so far but I know I wont be able to xD

I can see the andromeda galaxy faintly through binoculars too! Maybe even the whirlpool and triagulum galaxies. I take you got some amazing pictures!I got one good one and that was maybe 10 minutes before the total began while it was still penumbral.

Re: yes of course I'll try to do that. After all, I am still learning about att related stuff. I would love to see it, I think you can post animations on DA. I'm just not sure how really. Space is more of a hobby and a curiosity if mine (if that makes sense) if I can, I'll try to do astrophotography because those picture can just be gorgeous. I love looking at deep space objects and live to take any given opportunity to look at anything exciting. Like Wirtanen, I'd love to see that!! I just don't have the tools...

Thanks! It was definitely a different concept than what I normally do, I only like doodle the train one time and never underwater xD

All my pictures of late have been pretty dark so I'm going to try and do something brighter, I do like working with dark just because it makes the highlights and glow look that I love so much better but I think I need to mix things up a bit and do something brighter and warmer colors maybe?

I personally love the rough brush it reminds me a lot of painting, it's making some pretty awesome blending but it takes a bit to get used to it xD

Re: yes they have but there still people on colors who have some of there species, including yourself and many other who are still active, I'll be looking though the specise tags to find the people who are still active and have one of those character and draw them.

The creator of that specise might be ghosts but that doesn't mean everyone who owns a character from that species is a ghost and those are the ones I'll be drawing

It's kinda like the cupid dragons, Guinea might be pretty much gone but as you can see in the comments there a lot of people who like to see them and those people are ones who have a cupid dragon themselves, a lot of times it isn't that a person doesn't like their adopted character it's just like in the case of the cupid dragons there designs are often intimidate for others to draw.

I can handle it or I'm going to give it my best shot and maybe it will inspired others to.

My main reason why I'm doing this Species of the month, is to encourage other to get inspired in one way or another, if it's to draw there adopted characters or get excited for their own Species.

I'm not trying to force anyone to do anything but what better way to encourage and get people pumped up then to see fan art of their character or Species?
It's a fun thing for everyone :)

Re: I'm pretty sure the people on the list would be ok, most had made a comment about it was ok to still draw there species on colors, but it's also why I made comment in my post that if someone doesn't want there species to be listed just let me know and I'll take it off :)

I try to be respectful to people, it's like Sekira had some species but she made it clear that she doesn't want them on colors any more so I didn't put them on the list.

I been spending the last few days looking for people species on colors even if I don't own one, I been looking for names of people who do and are still active, you be surprise just how many people are on here that have stuff, but it's like the cupid dragons I mentioned previously it's not always that a person doesn't like it, a lot of the time people just don't know how to draw it
( Granite there probably be some I draw that people Forgotten they even had that character but maybe it will inspire them and remind them about it :) )
