Hmm, good questions. I've kinda figured the jagged parts of their jaws serve as their teeth, rather than having their own sets. The insides of their mouths are rather dry and minimally elastic, as if the Valkier were made of generally solid material. So gums (and the tongue) would have a tiny bit of rubberyness but would be of the same material as the rest of the body.
They can wrinkle their snouts because the tops of their heads are usually plated or sectioned off, so there's room for the parts to bunch up. But generally, think of them as animated rocks.

However, if I can get the time to experiment with study drawings, I may change my mind and let them have teeth besides the jagged outside, though they probably wouldn't be pearly white like normal teeth. More like two sets of jaggedness xD

So whatever you want for now, and after I look into it I'l let you and everyone else know what I've decided on.
