Another Superhero, her design is familiar: but her concept's different. She's one the VERY few who has reached a plateau in their evolution and chooses to do good with it... (Foreshadowing!!! :O )
Sorry for the anatomy, I tried so hard on it & it looked correct until now. Her hairband and the buildings are wonky. I tried doing the windows different too... Believe it or not: I ended up with 2 versions this from redoing so much

I kinda like the buildings tbh.
They're SO hard to do.
