This is #CreepingD ('s) more human form. They can't take on the form of a complet human.

Their 'mane' is both feathers and fur, as is their tail.
They are more closely related to Kirins then unicorns or other equine.
The wolf skull they normaly wear is changed to a wolf skull pendent.
