my dad and my twin brother (we are not identical) have the abillity to grow full beards in a week and yet it takes me like three months just to be able to shave again

I never sleep either, but you must. One time I was so sleep deprived, when I went to school I passed out in PE and I had to go home. Moral of the story is s l e e p :v

I've had facial hair since I was 18. Little by little it grew to where I shave one day and 2 days later I have rough stubble.
