Yeah, Miguel O' Hara's powers aren't radiation-based like Peter's. :o I think it's more mutation-based?
The reason he can climb is because he has claws on his hands and feet. He has fangs, too! Though he doesn't have Spider-Sense, and he's more sensitive to bright lights.
