I got an injury yesterday pulling the tote belt. I strained my left upper muscle, or humerus, while pulling said belt. We have a small, hooked, metal bar that we use to pull the belt back in case of a jam.

So, my job restrictions have been put to:
-Lift no more than 5 lbs.
So I'll probably be next door at OS&D (Overages, Shorts & Damages). I stop by safety Monday morning to update my employer, too.
